UPCYCLING

AGRICULTURAL BY-PRODUCT

HEMP-BLEND DURABLE PLASTIC MATERIALS

We upcycle agricultural by-products, specifically hemp hurd, from various industries and farmers into plastic raw materials. This process effectively reduces carbon emissions (up to 50%) and petroleum use (up to 40%) within the plastics industry while repurposing biomass waste.

closed-loop-cycle

Hemp is well known for its ability to capture carbon and requires hardly any pesticides or fertilizers, making it an ideal material for environmentally friendly plastics. By integrating hemp, we reduce the use of non-renewable resources in plastics and its negative impact.

closed-loop-cycle

Our solution tackles these challenges by replacing petroleum in plastics with hemp byproducts, offering a cost-effective, high-performance material that integrates seamlessly into existing production processes. It enables companies to meet regulatory and performance standards without sacrificing cost or functionality.
